On Sunday, Sept. 20, Mom star Allison Janney took home her seventh Emmy Award, becoming the third most honored star in Emmys’ history. As she stood up to accept the accolade, The West Wing alum, 55, passionately embraced her sexy, younger boyfriend, Philip Joncas.
Wearing a stunning, hand-embroidered Labourjoisie gown, Janney gave her speech before talking to reporters backstage, where she opened up about her smoldering sweetheart.
“I’ve been doing the Pilates, and I have three dogs that I hike with and a boyfriend who loves to work out so that helps,” Janney said of her trim new physique.
Joncas, 35, is a production coordinator at IATSE Local 871 and has been by Janney’s side for more than a year now. In fact, he was right next to her last year when she won the Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Emmy.

The cute couple showed some PDA at the Critics’ Choice Television Awards in June 2014, with Joncas kissing Janney’s cheek for photographers. And on Sunday, they walked hand in hand on the red carpet as Joncas led the TV veteran through the crowd.
